We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to increase revenue and market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the medical field.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and trade shows.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategies and product offerings.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
Track sales performance and report progress to management regularly, using CRM and other tools.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
Strong understanding of medical sales cycles and industry regulations.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Experience in digital marketing and using analytics tools to measure campaign success.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry events.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of medical equipment regulations and compliance is highly desirable.
