Sales and Marketing Specialist

Location: Eldoret

About Us:

Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge medical equipment dedicated to improving healthcare delivery. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for healthcare, a solid marketing background, and a proven track record in sales, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the medical field.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and trade shows.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategies and product offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
  • Track sales performance and report progress to management regularly, using CRM and other tools.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of medical sales cycles and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in digital marketing and using analytics tools to measure campaign success.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of medical equipment regulations and compliance is highly desirable.
